I recently leased my fifth mini from South Shore. Despite the computer problems experienced by car dealers throughout the country South Shore delivered my car on time even though the paperwork was delayed 2 weeks. I am impressed by my 2025 Mini S hardtop. The extra horsepower is welcome and felt by the driver. Perhaps a little too much plastic on the inside and a PHD needed to understand all the abilities the car offers. Thanks to the South Shore team and my sales advisor, Scott. I will be back for Mini number 6!

Looking for a Mini, you must shop here. The facility is extremely nice and modern. They always have a great selection of cars. We went for a typical maintenance and inspection sticker. Our mini alertes the dealer about the upcoming service and we were immediately notified by email and a phone call. Once scheduled, we were notified several times about our appointment. As we show up Kevin has everything waiting and is always willing to talk mini. Throughout our service we were updated by text and by Kevin. They even washed our car. They are classy and professional.

And although the new showroom is nice you must make all of those chairs more comfortable, including the ones at the new table…! Waiting hours for your car it would be nice to sit comfortably whilst I wait. My legs went numb as some of us have hips that need some chairs that aren’t just aesthetically appealing only. Just an FYI…!
Courteous staff and timely service. I was able to get repairs and a full detailing completed all in the same appointment. A video was sent of my vehicle to show what needed to be repaired and what did not. The technician included explanations of any issues found during the inspection. I had a loaner this appointment which was in pristine condition but I have also waited in their lobby for service which is also always clean and comfortable with complimentary refreshments.
My wife bought a 2024 4x4 Countryman and it was fast and easy. Great car....she's having a ball with it and learning all the ways to operate the many options. She loves it and they made the process easy

The reason for my rating was because I had to wait 20 minutes or more before my service would see me. All the other service writers had no one in their que. Thisis in no means a reflection on my service writer George who was very helpful in writing the paper work.
