Love my Mini! Process was easy and Sales and finance people fantastic. I purchased a certified preowned Cooper S and I could not be happier.

Thorough analysis and review of service problems, with a relatively fast turn around once a technician became available. Found the service time a little high although the work appears to be successful. My customer service rep stayed on top of the service and was proficient in making sure I was aware of all the necessary recommended repairs. Great finish time considering how long it took to get the parts. Overall very pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone but caution being aware of somewhat pricy services.

Went for a annual maintenance, from check in to completion it was a great experience, car was completed in a timely manner, we received updates through including a great video overview of our car from the tech, always have a great experience at Minis of Rockland, we’ll be back for sure!

As always a great experience at Rockland Mini. Service manager Kevin is knowledgeable, courteous and his staff are all in the business or car care, and a five star experience.

This car went in for a recall. You broke the hood latch, drained the battery. Left the car with open windows out in the rain. Absolute worst service I have ever received in my entire life.

A very good experience overall. Courteous and efficient staff in a pleasant environment. My car is an older model which I still love. However it was fun and informative to try out a new model and experience the advances which have been made. My visit was due to a recall which was assessed and handled, but I was also given an overview, with detail, regarding maintenance needs. Thank you. Also want to mention that although, Dan Bolton is mentioned under “service”, i did not have the pleasure of meeting with him.

Service was completed very quickly. Only negative was that they don’t return the driver’s seat back to the original position when returning the car.

I've always been suspect of dealer repair and costs. In my case I needed a recall item addressed, and used Mini of Rockland. My 2007 Mini needed struts and springs, and I decided to have this work done while the recall items were addressed. The work was completed fairly quickly and the cost was lower than a local garage had quoted. I will use Mini of Rockland for future service.

Two things potential customers should know: 1. The team at Rockland MINI sticks around. There's no revolving door of shady salespeople. And they genuinely care about and remember you; 2. Service Department is EXCEPTIONAL. Kevin has been there 9 years. George has been there 2 years. Never a hassle getting an appointment or loaner, when needed. Made an appointment for 8am on a Saturday almost 10 days in advance with a planned drop off the night before after business hours. Was assured that I could drop the car and leave the keys in the drop box and technicians would get the vehicle first thing for my 8am appointment. Mary was extremely helpful, patient and understood what I was looking for in a mini. She let me take my time, do more than 1 test drives with a few cars. The sales folks were un willing to find a way to sell me a car , even for cash - very strange. I had to call them back several times to keep them engaged. Sad actually. If I was selling there… I would have found a way. Now we are just going to buy a new car somewhere else.

I recently leased my fifth mini from South Shore. Despite the computer problems experienced by car dealers throughout the country South Shore delivered my car on time even though the paperwork was delayed 2 weeks. I am impressed by my 2025 Mini S hardtop. The extra horsepower is welcome and felt by the driver. Perhaps a little too much plastic on the inside and a PHD needed to understand all the abilities the car offers. Thanks to the South Shore team and my sales advisor, Scott. Looking for a Mini, you must shop here. The facility is extremely nice and modern. They always have a great selection of cars. We went for a typical maintenance and inspection sticker. Our mini alertes the dealer about the upcoming service and we were immediately notified by email and a phone call. Once scheduled, we were notified several times about our appointment. As we show up Kevin has everything waiting and is always willing to talk mini. Throughout our service we were updated by text and by Kevin. They even washed our car. They are classy and professional.
