My current MINI, a 2024 Cooper S Clubman, and last, a 2016 Clubman were purchased here. Pricing is fair. Trade-in values have been very good / generous. No old school high-pressure, hold you hostage sales tactics like the major auto group on the South Shore. Ivo Petrov, the GM, is reasonable and amiable. He had been Finance Manager. I worked with him in that capacity to purchase an extended Maintenance Contract on the 2024 Clubman.

The service department took my car at my scheduled appointment time and had it ready for me when they said it would be ready. They even added some repairs and still finished when agreed. I am very pleased with the service at this Mini dealership.
Had a really good experience and am satisfied. I had my car serviced and detailed there. They were very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They took a video of my car with a narrative of what the issues were and work needing done. They then listed that work with pricing, priority, and urgency levels, allowing me the opportunity to either do everything or only the absolute necessary. No surprises! I'll be back when other work is needed.

I purchased my Mini Cooper Clubman from the Rockland dealership seven years ago, and have had it serviced there ever since. The sales people are helpful but not cloying or pushy. Service department has always been courteous, accommodating and highly competent. My car is still going strong (and very fun to drive!); when the time comes though, I expect I’ll purchase my next one there as well.

Unfortunately like all dealerships they are outrageously expensive! But they had the keys for 4 security lug nuts (1 on each wheel) on my used car. They quickly replaced the 4 lug nuts with 4 new lug nuts for $168.00. I was greatfull, but once again reminded why I only service my vehicle at a dealership when it’s absolutely the only choice! The service staff is always so friendly and helpful. They do a great job of explaining everything they are doing and check in periodically as the work is being done. I feel like the quality of work done on my car is exceptional each time.

They always arrange to have a loaner car ready for me when ever I need service, free of charge and they always wash my car. The person at the service counter, Kevin, explains everything that they found is wrong with my car and gives an opinion about what problems could wait to be fixed. They take such good care of my 2014 Mini Clubman, cause they know I love my Mini.
Love my Mini! Process was easy and Sales and finance people fantastic. I purchased a certified preowned Cooper S and I could not be happier.
Thorough analysis and review of service problems, with a relatively fast turn around once a technician became available. Found the service time a little high although the work appears to be successful. My customer service rep stayed on top of the service and was proficient in making sure I was aware of all the necessary recommended repairs. Great finish time considering how long it took to get the parts. Overall very pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone but caution being aware of somewhat pricy services.
Went for a annual maintenance, from check in to completion it was a great experience, car was completed in a timely manner, we received updates through including a great video overview of our car from the tech, always have a great experience at Minis of Rockland, we’ll be back for sure!

I could not have asked for a more enjoyable, stress free, car buying experience. My husband and I were able to take our time looking at the cars we were interested in. When WE were ready we went and found a sales associate. As always a great experience at Rockland Mini. Service manager Kevin is knowledgeable, courteous and his staff are all in the business or car care, and a five star experience.
This car went in for a recall. You broke the hood latch, drained the battery. Left the car with open windows out in the rain. Absolute worst service I have ever received in my entire life.
Luigi has been my salesperson for a few cars now. He always has everything done to make the process move smoothly. I'll continue to purchase through him.

A very good experience overall. Courteous and efficient staff in a pleasant environment. My car is an older model which I still love. However it was fun and informative to try out a new model and experience the advances which have been made. My visit was due to a recall which was assessed and handled, but I was also given an overview, with detail, regarding maintenance needs. Thank you. Also want to mention that although, Dan Bolton is mentioned under “service”, i did not have the pleasure of meeting with him.
Service was completed very quickly. Only negative was that they don’t return the driver’s seat back to the original position when returning the car.
I've always been suspect of dealer repair and costs. In my case I needed a recall item addressed, and used Mini of Rockland. My 2007 Mini needed struts and springs, and I decided to have this work done while the recall items were addressed. The work was completed fairly quickly and the cost was lower than a local garage had quoted. I will use Mini of Rockland for future service.
Went above and beyond. Found a way to apply my expected charges to warranty. Fast, efficient, all around first rate

Two things potential customers should know: 1. The team at Rockland MINI sticks around. There's no revolving door of shady salespeople. And they genuinely care about and remember you; 2. Service Department is EXCEPTIONAL. Kevin has been there 9 years. George has been there 2 years. Never a hassle getting an appointment or loaner, when needed. Made an appointment for 8am on a Saturday almost 10 days in advance with a planned drop off the night before after business hours. Was assured that I could drop the car and leave the keys in the drop box and technicians would get the vehicle first thing for my 8am appointment.
